LETTER: Lazy owners to blame for dog mess problems
I HAVE to agree with the dog owner from Worsthorne (April 6th).
We live in a village and have to deal with dog mess weekly on our street. The irresponsible dog owners have no respect for their neighbours. The council and dog warden are aware of the problem but still it happens. We have signs on our lamposts, even low down for the dogs to read, (I know it’s not the dogs’ fault) just the lazy owners. Come on Burnley Council, please help get this village cleaned up.
