I COULDN’T believe my eyes when I saw the front page of the Burnley Express.

Where was she when our local post offices were being closed just a few years ago? Taking the life from local communities. But of course Julie Cooper belongs to the Labour Party – the same party who, when in power in Westminister, made the decision to rob local people of their local community post offices.
