LETTER: Burnley General Hospital care should be praised

I HAVE just spent five days in Burnley General Hospital for a knee replacement. I would like to say that after my operation the after-care, attention, meals etc were really good.

All the staff were fantastic and I have no complaints about any of my care.The team on Ward 15 deserve a special mention. I doubt we will ever get an Accident & Emergency back to Burnley, but we certainly shouldn’t criticise the hospital itself.
