LETTER: A&E will never return to Burnley General Hospital

She starts her letter by congratulating Gorden Birtwistle, and I quote: “Gordon all your hard work is at last showing some success.

Residents of Burnley have signed your petitions and irrespective of political leanings, we should all thank you for your persistence to give us our hospital back in all but full working order.”

Well I say what is wrong with these people, yes we all signed the petitions to get our A&E back and it did not work.

Our hospital’s A&E along with other services will never return to Burnley and we all know that now.

The money your MP has got is just to do up the Urgent Care Centre here in Burnley, therefore preparing it for privatisation.
