Let’s show people power over community centre closure
I know I’m not from Burnley Wood, but I feel I should comment on the closure of Glebe Street Community Centre, by Burnley Council and its leaders, the very people that are always stating they care about Burnley.
Do they care at all? Our so-called leader of the council knows just how much anti-social behaviour we have had on the streets of our town in the past and by closing centres will just put the kids back on the streets.
It’s my opinion that our council leader is only interested in herself and making the post of MP in 2015.
So I would like to suggest to the people of OUR town it’s time to show just what power we the voters have by not voting for her in 2015.
