How modern technology has changed the face of Christmas
As I completed my online order for my wife’s Christmas present, I found myself contemplating how modern technology had transformed the face of Christmas in my lifetime.
At the same time and almost telephatically my twin brother telephoned and told me that, while he was carrying out the role of Santa Claus at his local school, a little girl climbed onto his lap and he asked her the usual question... “And what would you like for Christmas young lady?”
The child stared at him open mouthed and horrified, then gasped: “Didn’t you get my email?”
