Happy to live in Burnley where people care

Thank you to the staff in The Bodyshop who looked after her so well while awaiting the ambulance.

Thank you to the ambulance crew for not taking her to Blackburn Hospital and a special thank you to the young man who not only rang for the ambulance and watched for its arrival but also told the emergency services she was aged “about 75”.

She’s actually aged 87 and amid the angst of the aftermath of her fall that brought a welcome smile.

She is very glad she lives in Burnley where people care and she wishes you all a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
