Get your act together over dangerous parking
I agree with Mr Pendle on the issue of parking on the pavement. Not only is it an inconvenience, it is also a disaster waiting to happen and what about the damage it is causing to the pavement and the grass verges?
I cannot understand why the police and the council have not done anything about it. It was not so long ago I got a parking ticket for parking two wheels on the pavement as did my neighbour across the road to me.
We parked with two wheels on the pavement because the street where we lived at the time had a speed chicane opposite our homes. If we had to park with all wheels on the road then our cars would have blocked the street for others to use, so come on the police and the council, get your act together.
