Get these cyclists off our pavements

I am so confused as I thought bikes were supposed to be ridden on the road, not the pavement.

Cyclists have been riding on pavements at top speed. I have a mobility scooter and have to move for them. They tell me to go on the road but that’s where they need to be.

Mobility scooterists have a code allowing pedestrians the right of way, which I give them, but the cyclists don’t. As I was nearly knocked down with one, can Lancashire County Council do something about this?

If they run into people it will cost them a lot so police should enforce the ban on cycling on pavements as old people walk on them and cannot move out of the way fast enough.
