Garden event a success despite the weather!
Could I once again thank you for the publicity you gave us regarding our open garden for charity held on August 9th-10th.
Despite the dreadful weather on the Sunday, we still managed to raise £1,085 for the various charities supported through the National Garden Scheme.
A big thank you to our helpers and visitors, especially Radio Lancashire who broadcast live from the garden.
Let us hope for better weather next time and hope to see you all again in 2015.
