Does jealousy fuel attacks on MP?

Do we have to keep reading Harry Brooks letters in the Express? It is about time he ceased his ferocious attacks on Gordon Birtwistle and people like Dorothy Dawes and I’m sure other people have the same sentiments.

Burnley is not a bad place to live, perhaps he should never have returned to Burnley. Even when he moved to another area to live, he was forever writing letters about issues which had nothing to do with him.

Gordon has been beneficial to Burnley and Mr Brooks raking up past misdemeanours will not put people off voting for Gordon.

At one stage they seemed to be quite close friends, I do not know what happened between them, but perhaps due to Gordon’s success Harry Brooks is now suffering a bout of jealousy.

It is now the time to get off Gordon’s back and stop showing yourself up and losing any respect you previously had from the people of Burnley.
