Dark, claustrophobic shop not suitable for queues

With regards to the Post Office, if the present building is of little use, then yes move, however, to a suitable place, not WHSmith.

This shop is busy, dark, hot, claustrophic and not suitable for standing long queues or the disabled.

It should be moved to one of the town’s larger banks, stores or an empty shop.

Think again powers that be.
