Council is not there for benefit of locals
I am utterley appalled at Ribble Valley Borough Council and their behaviour. They are certainly not there for the benefit of the local people.
RVBC planning department have taken almost six years to construct a local plan and it still does not conform to Government guidelines.
When the inspector refused RVBC’s first Core Strategy it resulted in the local plan being increased from 4,000 houses to 5,000. How many attempts do RVBC need to get the Core Strategy right?
No Core Strategy = more houses. That is incompetent.
