Clean streets ... an election must be coming
Oh my goodness, Friday, April 4th, and I can’t believe the streets of Duke Bar are the cleanest I have seen them in a long time.
But of course it is coming up to the election month and one of our councillors was the leader of Burnley Council and one of her friends is up for re-election this year.
Do you really think the people of our town are so simple?
Well done, it’s nice to see the streets clean but why don’t you do this on a regular basis and also clear some of the dirty back yards too, which are out of sight of the public eye?
