Broke my hip on shopping centre trip
One recent Thursday, while out with my husband in the Pendle Rise Shopping Centre, Nelson, I had the misfortune of falling and breaking my hip.
Two of the staff were there immediately to help and comfort me until the paramedics arrived and took over. I hope they will remember me and I just thought I’d let them know I am making slow progress and will never forget their kindness.
I’d also like to add that whoever redesigned the centre did a good job - functional and nice to look at.
