Be prepared for Tour of Britains cycle race

I would like to make an appeal to all the local shops and restaurants and pubs in Pendle and Colne before the Tour of Britain stage two race on September 7th.

This event is massive for the tourism of the area and needs your support by promoting the race and boosting your profits at the same time– just like they did in Yorkshire last year.

Get your old cycles to your local council office to be sprayed free by Macadams in Colne red, white and blue and get them up above your premises, just like the Duke of Lancaster has done in Colne!

The potential to boost your profits that weekend is huge, so you can sit back and whinge about the main road being closed before the race or get on board and make the most of it! Get the cycle theme in your window and enjoy the rewards. It only happens once! Be prepared!
