Assad bombing his own country into rubble and ruins
I thought interviewers on TV were smart and perceptive.
In a recent interview the devious, in my opinion, foreign secretary of Syria, representing the Syrian Government (regime?) countered the questions by citing Bush and Blair: “Look what they did to Iraq.”
The interviewer failed to point out they were not causing grief and destruction to their own country, as Assad is doing; a couple of millions displaced and bombing his own country into rubble and ruins.
