Appetite for change after Scottish referendum

With “devolution max” now looking likely for Scotland, it’s time for England to demand more for its 56 million residents.

This referendum has given the people of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland an appetite for a new constitutional settlement. I sincerely hope that, in this new settlement, the 86% of the UK population who live in England get a fair deal.
