Doubters pointed to the demographics of our area and challenged whether the spa would become an expensive white elephant.
But, thanks to Andrew’s foresight, determinnation and bravery, Woodland Spa in Burnley, yes Burnley, has been voted best day spa in the country.
The amazing facility, along with the adjacent Bertram’s restaurant, draws visitors in from many a mile and is an excellent flag flyer for Burnley.
