The recruitment drive is part of the family-run firm’s commitment to growing its own staff.

The new starters will take up positions at the Chorley Group’s dealerships in Blackpool, Preston, Chorley, Wigan and Burnley.

HR director Stacey Turner said: “We’re passionate about developing and investing in our own people so we recently took the decision to launch our own Trainee Sales Academy.

“The aim is to train, nurture and develop future talent to support our growing team and ensure we are delivering a first class customer experience 100 per cent of the time.

“Young people are the future of our business and from our experience, they bring lots of energy, enthusiasm and fresh ideas, which are important ingredients.
