Nelson man faces sex attack charge
NELSON man Abid Iqbal (47), of Westmoreland Street, was committed to Burnley Crown Court for trial by Pennine magistrates.
The defendant, who is charged with sexual assault on a female, was bailed until February 22nd on condition he does not enter a named street in Burnley. He denies the allegation.
