Mum accused of manslaughter over Burnley baby death

The mother of a four-month-old baby boy who died in December in an incident involving a television has been charged with manslaughter.

Natalie McMillan (24), of Bradford, has been charged with manslaughter by gross negligence and child cruelty.

A man, Edward Hanratty (40), from Bradford, has been charged with child cruelty.

Both have been bailed to appear before Burnley Magistrates’ Court on May 1st.

Kian McMillan died at a house in Scarlett Street, Burnley, on December 6th.
