Motorists told to prepare for slow moving traffic
Police are advising motorists to be aware of slow moving traffic around Barrowford and the surrounding villages this afternoon.
PC Mark Dibb, of Lancashire Police, said: "The annual tractor rally is taking place this afternoon (Saturday) and evening hoping to raise lots of money for charity."
