Man accused of robbing Clitheroe mother and son
A 28-year-old man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with robbing a mother and her son at their home in Clitheroe.
Simon David Hartley is charged with robbing Kirtland Sunter (24), and his mother Jane Sunter (42) of an iPhone and £110 in cash.
Hartley, who was living in Barrow but has now moved to Adelaide Terrace in Blackburn, was remanded in custody to appear at Preston Crown Court on September 25th.
