Man (45) appears before Burnley court after failing to provide breath specimen
A Nelson man is facing trial before Burnley magistrates, after denying failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.
Eamon Mel Fagan (45), was bailed until February 17th, by the Bench. The defendant, of Lancaster Gate, was given unconditional bail.
