The additional journeys are part of wider timetable changes being introduced in Burnley by bus operator Transdev.
The later journeys added to the Witch Way timetable aim to give passengers a cheaper alternative to getting a taxi and a later option than the last train.

There will be buses running at midnight, 1am, 2am and 3am. The normal route will be covered between Manchester and Burnley and normal fares will apply.
Alex Horby, managing director, said: “The new late-night journeys between Manchester and East Lancashire will be perfect for people visiting the city on a Saturday for concerts and shows.
“The services will be ideal for so many people who head to Manchester at the weekend and we want to make it as easy as possible for them to get home from an evening out.”

Other changes to the X43 service this summer will include a special weekday timetable from July 27th to August 28th to take account of lower traffic levels into and out of Manchester during the summer holidays. This will mean times will change during the morning and afternoon peak periods.
From Monday, August 31st, the timetable will change again to reflect the new school year beginning.
New stops will be served at St Peter’s Street outside Radisson Blue Hotel towards Deansgate.
