Inquiry launched into cause of early morning house blaze in Burnley

An investigation is underway into the cause of a house blaze in Burnley earlier this morning.

Two fire engines from Burnley were called to the fire on Albert Drive at 7-44am.

Crews used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the flames.

Two people were left in the care of paramedics.
