Inn at Whitewell manager turns chef head hunter

Amy Hutcheson, who has worked for Ribble Valley Inns, the Inn at Whitewell and the Seafood Pub Company, has brought her experience and expertise to Accrington-based recruitment company Cummins Mellor.

After training at the Gleneagles five-star Country Hotel and Spa Resort, Amy (28) became a supervisor there, before coming home to Lancashire to join the Inn at Whitewell as its restaurant manager.

Amy then joined Ribble Valley Inns, parent company to the prestigious Michelin-starred Northcote Manor. After working across the company’s whole portfolio of inns, Amy was promoted to general manager before moving to join the Seafood Pub Company.

She said: “I love everything about the hospitality industry; meeting new people, customers enjoying their dining experience, not to mention the buzz at the end of every service.
