Head-on smash off by-pass - latest
TWO cars have been involved in a head-on collision near Burnley.
A silver Vauxhall Astra and a red Vauxhall Astra collided near to the Fence turn-off at Greenhead Lane at 1-40 p.m. today (Wednesday).
Police said one car contained four elderly occupants. It is not known at this stage how many people were in the other car, but there was just one minor injury.
Greenhead Lane was closed to allow the removal of the cars.
