Fire crews called to shed blazes
Two shed fires were tackled by firefighters this weekend.
The first blaze happened in Higham's Gawthorpe View at around 8.30pm. Crews from Nelson and Hyndburn tackled the timber shed blaze using two hosereels.
On Bonfire Night Nelson crews tackled the second shed blaze at a house in Brunswick Street in the town. Two fire engines from Nelson attended the scene and used a hosereel jet to extinguish the flames.
The incident happened at around 8-20pm.
