The Burnley public is being given the chance to help choose the logo for the town’s proposed new high school.
The people behind Burnley High School, which is due to open its doors next September, are yet to decide on a location for the building but are asking the public to vote on what the school’s logo should be.
There are three options which have been “designed to reflect the local community and the specialisms of the school”.
Chapel Street Community Schools Trust, which will run the school, is looking at several potential sites across town. A public consultation period for families to find out more about the school, which will provide 90 places for 11-year-olds who will be entering Year 7, will run until December 16th.
People wanting to vote can do so by logging onto www.burnleyhighschool.co.uk/whats-on.
