Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic College has launched its Job Junction – with a little help from award-winning Crow Wood Leisure Centre.

The Ormerod Road school will hold their Job Junction every Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime for all ages at the school to help students with their career choices.

For this term, Blessed Trinity are focusing on jobs in sport so both Crow Wood and UCFB have been into the school to talk about careers in the sporting world.

Crow Wood, recently voted the winner in the World’s Luxury Spa Awards, sponsored the school £250 for competition prizes.

“We want students to meet real businesses and be inspired by real-life stories,” said Blessed Trinity’s Career Guidance Advisor Katie Hart.

“At our Job Junction, students can explore different careers, practice interview skills, build confidence and develop the necessary employability skills.

“We will also hold competitions where students can win prizes every term.”
