Easter boost for Brierfield Methodist Church

The funds of Brierfield Methodist Church received a boost from the proceeds of an Easter fair and car boot sale on Saturday.

The event was the latest in a series of sales the Colne Road church holds on Saturdays, with a cake stall included with Easter being on the horizon.

There were also several charities taking stalls at the sale whose fees contributed to the amount raised, as well as a steady flow of visitors during the morning.
