Drugs bust at Colne house after tip-off to police
POLICE raided a house in Colne looking for drugs after being tipped off by a member of the public.
Officers from Colne Neighbourhood Policing Team found 20 large cannabis plants at the house in Hargreaves Street on Monday afternoon.
PC Mark Blackey said: “We received information from a member of the public and executed a warrant at the address. We would urge anyone with information regarding drugs in Colne to contact us.”
Police say that inquires are ongoing to locate the offender.
