Woman arrested after being caught in Burnley five times over the drink-drive limit

A woman has been arrested after being caught driving in Burnley more than five times the drink-drive limit.

She was reported to police after being spotted driving around Briercliffe earlier today.

A police spokesman said: "[The] female was located and provided a roadside breath test result of 191.

"The legal limit is 35, so she was nearly five-and-a-half times over the limit."

She was arrested and is currently in custody.
