Wanted Fleetwood sex offender jailed for indecent exposure has links to Lancaster and West Yorkshire

A sex offender who was jailed for "exposure offences" is wanted on prison recall after breaching the conditions of his licence.

Alexander Macura - who was jailed for "exposure offences" in August 2019 - went missing after he failed to return to an address in Fleetwood on August 21.

Police have now launched a public appeal to help find the 66-year-old, who is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his licence conditions.

Sgt Laraine Lister, of Fleetwood Police, said: “Macura is wanted on recall to prison after breaching his licence conditions. If you have seen him, or know where he may be, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”

Macura is described as around 5ft 9in tall, of heavy build, with grey shoulder-length hair which has been described as greasy.

He also has blue eyes and a short grey beard, according to police.

Officers say Macura was last seen wearing a burgundy sweatshirt, baggy blue jeans and a black padded jacket.

He has links to Lancaster, specifically the city centre, Cattle Market and Wyresdale Road areas, and to Halifax in West Yorkshire.
