TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of drug and burglary offences after a Burnley car crash.
Officers detained a 54-year-old man and a 22-year-old man, both from Burnley, following the smash in Hebrew Road on Tuesday night.
The pair were arrested after their Citroen C4, which police believe was stolen, was in collision with a Ford Fiesta at around 9-15pm.
A woman driver was left with a broken arm following the incident and police were forced to shut off the road until 10-50pm.
The 54-year-old was questioned on suspicion of burglary dwelling with intent to steal and possession of amphetamine with intent to supply.
Officers also took the 22-year-old into custody on suspicion of burglary dwelling with intent to steal, driving a vehicle while unfit through drugs and driving while disqualified.
