A dealer found with a haul of Class A drugs in Burnley, is facing jail.

James Batt admitted possessing 6.14 grammes of heroin and 4.94 grammes of crack cocaine, with intent to supply, in the town, on July 7th.

The 21-year-old, from Laisteridge Lane, Bradford, was arrested after a warrant was executed. He accepted he had been "regularly dealing," Burnley magistrates were told.

The defendant's case will be heard at the Burnley Crown Court and he was unconditionally bailed until a hearing there on January 4th.
