Teenage killer of teaching assistant Lindsay Birbeck named after restrictions lifted
The teenage boy convicted of murdering teaching assistant Lindsay Birbeck can now be named as Rocky Marciano Price after reporting restrictions were lifted.
Her Honour Justice Yip lifted the restrictions on naming Price (17) who will be sentenced at Preston Crown Court tomorrow.
A jury found him guilty by unanimous verdict yesterday of the murder of Ightenhill Primary School teaching assistant Lindsay (47).
