The incident happened on Friday evening in Reedley Drive, Reedley, when a group of around five Asian males forced the boy from his bike and made off with it at around 7-30pm.

The bike is a seven year old black "GT" mountain bike with the name "timberline" also on the cross rail. It belonged to the boy's late father and the boy is only now just big enough to inherit and enjoy it. He was left bruised and badly shaken from the incident.
