Police want to speak with nuisance Burnley rider
Police have issued a photo of a teenager they want to speak to in connection with incidents of nuisance riding.
Morgan Ellis (19) has been witnessed riding a motorcycle in a dangerous manner on numerous occasions in Padiham and Burnley.
