Police would like to speak to him with regards to property damaged in Trawden.
A police spokesman said: "We are asking for your assistance in identifying the male in the attached photo as we believe he may be able to assist us with our enquiries in relation to property that was damaged on Boulsworth Moor, Trawden. This occurred on February 27th, at 10-25am.
"Please do not name anyone on here, instead please contact PC 694 Dibb on [email protected] and refer to log number LC-20210309-0679.
