Police hunt sex offender

Police are appealing for help to trace a sex offender who is wanted after failing to appear at court.

Kyle Killion (20) whose last known address was Arran Street, Burnley was convicted on October 20th at Burnley Crown Court of sexual touching on a 13-year-old girl and bailed for sentence on Friday, November 14th, but he failed to appear.

He has connections throughout Burnley and Padiham.

Det. Sgt Steve Munro, of the Dangerous and Sexual Offenders Unit at Darwen, said: “Kyle Killion has failed to appear at court for sentence and he is now wanted by the police. I would appeal for anyone who knows where he might be to get in touch with us. I would also appeal to Kyle himself to hand himself in to the police if he sees this appeal.”
