The man was stopped by Burnley Taskforce officers on Saturday (May 14th).
A police spokesman said they would continue to target people involved in the supply of drugs in Burnley and they have asked anyone who has information about drug dealing to contact them on 101 or report anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers: 0800 555
