Two men will appear in court today charged with the murder of a Burnley man.
Paul Haworth (48) of Clifton Road, and Gary Burley (44) of Herbert Road, both Burnley, will be appearing at Liverpool Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.
Burley is additionally accused of making threats to kill.
This relates to their alleged involvement in the murder of Keith Passmore on January 10th this year.
Police were called to a house in Clifton Road, Burnley, shortly after 6-30pm on Saturday, January 10th, when they found the body of 60-year-old Mr Passmore.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and a post mortem examination established the cause of death as multiple stab wounds.
