A 36-year-old man with links to Burnley is wanted by police on recall to prison.
Officers want to find Andrew Purvis after he went missing in October.
Purvis was jailed in April 2015 for a burglary in Burnley and released on licence in August to an address in Salford.
He returned to Burnley in October and was later found collapsed in Leyland Road. He was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital for treatment and discharged on October 31st but has not been seen since.
Purvis is described as white, 5ft 5in tall and wears glasses.
Police are appealing for information leading to his whereabouts.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “Purvis is wanted on recall to prison after leaving an address in Salford.
“We believe he returned to the Burnley area and was hospitalised in late October, but has since disappeared.
“We would urge anyone who can assist with our enquiries to contact police immediately.
“If you see Purvis, or know where he is, please call us.”
