Lindsay Birbeck murder trial set to begin next week
The trial into the murder of Burnley teaching assistant Lindsay Birbeck is due to begin next week.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Preston Crown Court on Tuesday, February 25th.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge in December.
The mother of two's body was found in Accrington Cemetery on August last year after she went missing from her Huncoat home, which sparked a huge community search.
Lindsay was a teaching assistant at Ightenhill School in Burnley.
