The 35-year-old father-of-one admitted possessing cocaine in Burnley, on September 11th.

Dunn-Grimshaw, of Burnley Road, Cliviger, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and must pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge. He was of previous good character.

Mr Dylan Bradshaw (defending) told the hearing Dunn-Grimshaw had been away for the weekend on a stag do.

The solicitor added: "It had been suggested that it was going to be quite a robust weekend and somebody would be able to provide him with a substance which would make him more energetic."

"He's just an ordinary, respectable young man, who has made an error of judgement."
