Elderly woman left shaken after having bag and purse stolen in Burnley supermarket

Police are sppealing for information after a 91 year old woman had her bag stolen in a Burnley supermarket.

The woman was shopping at Tesco Burnley when she had her bag and purse stolen.

A police spokesman said: "This has had a real impact on the victim who has been left shaken from the incident."
