Delivery driver lost his job after being caught twice the legal drink drive limit
Burnley magistrates were told Asif Ali (56) was in front of police in the vehicle when he crossed the central line in the road and drove on the wrong side of the carriageway.
He stopped outside a Nelson school and officers smelled alcohol on his breath when they went to speak to him. He then failed a roadside breath test.
